Ricki Lake was warned that she would lose her home in the Los Angeles wildfires.
After the “Hairspray” star's home was gutted in the Palisades fire, Lake, 56, shared a clip Psychic medium Tyler Henry, 28, predicted a disaster on his Instagram in October 2024 while appearing on his Netflix show.
“The great @tylerhenrymedium called! Less than 3 months ago on October 15, 2024, Ross [Burningham] And I was on Tyler's show and guys, he saw fire,” Lake wrote alongside the video on Saturday.
“This show is on @netflix. Check it out. Oh my,” she added.
Lake also wrote, “Praying for everyone affected by this ongoing nightmare, including my new friends @tylerhenrymedium and @rachaelharris who heard their home was in danger. “I will,” he wrote.

In a video shared by Lake, Henry eerily tells the couple that they will lose “material things, both fire and water.”
“A combination of coincidences could cause us to not only lose everything, but to lose something,” Henry said. “I think this is probably what's already happening. When matter is lost to both fire and water. Those are two different things.”
He continued: There is a risk of fire. There's something about watching water seep into places it shouldn't and damage things. ”

Lake confirmed on January 8 that she lost her Malibu home in the Palisades fire.

“Ross and I lost our dream home,” she continued. “This 'dream home' description is not enough. It was our heaven on earth. The place where we planned to grow old together.”
