64-year-old accused of sexually assaulting boy she plied with booze after paying him $5 to clear snow: docs

A 64-year-old woman is accused of forcing two boys to drink alcohol after paying them $5 to shovel snow, then sexually assaulting them after they became so drunk they vomited, police said.

Police responding to a report of a robbery late last Thursday found the boy, believed to be only 12 or 13, staggering on a Pittsburgh sidewalk and “speaking in unintelligible speech,” according to a police report obtained by The Post. I found the boys.

They told officers that the woman was intoxicated and had just groped her, according to the documents.

The boys said Rochelle Stewart offered to pay them $5 to clear snow outside her house and invited them out for hot chocolate. Instead, she began giving them alcohol, they alleged.

The other boy told police that Stewart curled up next to the drunk child on the couch, put her legs over him and “tried to touch his chest,” and recorded the assault on her cell phone. He said he took the picture.

The two men fled, but returned just before police arrived, leaving behind their coats, documents said.

Documents say Stewart appeared to forget that she was the one who called police to report the robbery, refused to answer the door and watched two police officers speak to her children. He was watching from the window on the floor above.

When she finally came down, Stewart appeared to be “extremely intoxicated” and changed her story, saying the boys were not thieves but drug dealers who were playing a prank.

When police searched Stewart's home, they found the boy's jacket on the couch and a half-gallon of intoxicated vodka in the kitchen.

Stewart was arrested and charged with indecent assault, corruption of a minor and making a false report to law enforcement, according to Allegheny County court records.
