Lions send hilarious TikTok message to viral 31-pound baby

Now is not the time to joke in Detroit.

Or so you think.

As Dan Campbell and the Lions prepare for their biggest game of the season, our social media team is hard at work identifying future talent.

And at 6 months old and 31 pounds, Calum Peltzer's baby is, yes, you read that right. The team may be able to find a guard or tackle for years to come.

“Dibs” Detroit Lions comments In a video of her baby posted on TikTok by her mother, Madison Peltzer, earlier this week.

Karam first went viral when Peltzer posted a video featuring audio from the movie “Instant Family.”

In the clip, When Peltzer spins around with her big newborn bellya little girl is heard screaming about the situation. “Santa bought me a fat Barbie!'' I wanted a skinny Barbie doll! ”

“He's in the 99th percentile for everything,” Pelzer wrote in the caption accompanying the video, which had more than 11 million views as of Thursday night. “We love pudgy babies!!!”

The same goes for the Lions.

The post caught the attention of someone in Detroit, and the “dibs” comment has gone viral ever since.

“I got angry when I saw the 'dibs' comment.” Pelzer told Daily Dot.. “Someone in the comments section said, 'You should put that in writing.'”

As Peltzer shared in another video, Callum weighed 9 pounds, 2 ounces at birth and “just got bigger.”

They say you can't teach reach in basketball.

And on the offensive line, they say you can't teach size.

For Kalam, the sky is the limit.

Maybe someday, but probably not Saturday, when the Lions host the Commanders for a trip to the NFC Championship Game (Callum hasn't eaten solid food yet and is barely fit to start).

Kickoff is scheduled for Saturday at 8pm ET.
