President Joe Biden will pardon family members closely involved in the Biden family's businesses, including brothers James and Frank Biden.

“My family has been subjected to relentless attacks and threats motivated solely by a desire to harm me. This is partisan politics of the worst kind,” Biden said in a statement. “Unfortunately, there is no reason to believe these attacks will end.”
“That is why I am exercising my constitutional authority to pardon James B. Biden, Sarah Jones Biden, Valerie Biden Owens, John T. Owens, and Frances W. Biden.” he added. “The issuance of these pardons should not be misconstrued as an admission that they have engaged in any wrongdoing, nor should acceptance of a pardon be misconstrued as an admission of guilt for any crime.”

- Mr. Comer also issued subpoenas to Mr. James' Lionhall Group and JBBSR, Inc. entities. The subpoena appears to have been aimed at obtaining records related to Joe Biden's entity, Celtic Capri Corp., which received nearly $10 million in 2017 without specifying the items of revenue.
- James was also a business partner in CEFC China Energy Co., an organization with close ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Comer discovered through a suspicious activity report (SAR) that Rob Walker, a Biden associate, received $3 million in wire transfers from CEFC. As a result, four members of the Biden family (Hunter, James, Harry, and an unidentified “Biden”) received a combined $1.3 million share of the $3 million wire transfer.
