The U.S. Department of Justice, during Joe Biden’s presidency, reportedly held back evidence concerning potential prostitution-related offenses involving Hunter Biden. These documents have now been made public.
As reported by Just the News, Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley and Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations Chairman Ron Johnson sought documents from the Justice Department back in 2022 but initially received no response. However, they ultimately obtained those documents.
“Republican senators are citing this. The text messages exchanged between Hunter Biden and certain women suggest that the government had substantial evidence of possible Mann Act violations by Hunter Biden starting from October 2020. Notably, these messages indicate that Hunter Biden, son of the former president, may have arranged a flight from Los Angeles to an undisclosed location for a woman in 2018,” the report states.
According to the Justice Department’s archives, the Mann Act prohibits the knowing transportation of individuals across state or national lines for the purpose of prostitution or other illegal sexual activities.
Sections 2421 through 2423 outline various offenses, including the crime of knowingly transporting a person, regardless of gender, across state or foreign borders for the purpose of prostitution or sexual activity, which is illegal under federal, state, or local law.
Grassley remarked on social media that he and Johnson released these records to support concerns expressed in a September 2020 report on the Biden family, asserting a disparity in legal treatment.
Additionally, a recent article indicated that evidence from September 2020 linked Hunter Biden to payments made to women from Ukraine and Russia, suggesting possible connections to an Eastern European prostitution or human trafficking network.
Jerry Dunleavy IV, an investigative correspondent, commented: “Joe’s pardon of Hunter means he will not face federal charges regarding his involvement in a Russian-linked escort and prostitution operation, partially funded by Joe, perhaps unknowingly.” This was shared publicly on Monday.
Breitbart News has followed the Hunter Biden story closely. In 2022, reports emerged of nude photos allegedly depicting him irresponsibly giving a firearm to a prostitute. The following year, he faced allegations of failing to report significant income related to payments for prostitutes and sex clubs. Notably, the Justice Department opted not to charge Hunter Biden with unlawful sexual activities, a point highlighted by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene in Congressional testimony, which included explicit images.
