Michelle Obama apparently decided it was best not to attend Donald Trump's inauguration or attend Jimmy Carter's funeral.
'Fearless' Jason Whitlock believes it's not just a personal decision. This is a message to black women in America.
“This sends a message to other women, especially Black women, that this is how they should think,” Whitlock says. Expectations, protocols, and traditions mean nothing. Establish new protocols, new traditions, new expectations. Throw away the old and bring in the new. ”
“This is a recipe for the kind of destruction and chaos we see across America, especially in Black America,” he added.
Shemeka Michelle completely agrees.
“I think they're sending this message because black women are so into the hook, line, and sinker of feminism. And we're so stupid that we don't look around and say, We can't realize that the system is not actually in our best interests,” says Michelle.
“Not only are there more black women who are single, but there are also more single mothers. Our children have fallen by the wayside, and we don't see the real impact of that.” She continued, adding, “Black women and men alike will admire Michelle Obama for not going to the inauguration and standing 10 toes down.”
“It shows that black men are so disrespected that it's okay to hate Trump more than to present a united front with your husband, to be submissive and submissive to your husband,” she added.
This is why Michelle and many others respect Melania Trump so much.
“When he says, ‘Jump,’ she’s like, ‘How high?’” When he moved, she moved as well, Michelle says. “I think she's been to events that she didn't want to go to, but she actually showed up to support her husband.”
