The video of the surveillance camera captured the moment when a man swinging Nata cut off the finger of a man who was walking a dog on the street in New York City.
Thaikon Young, who lives in Bronx, was cut off four fingers on Friday, allegedly encountered. According to New York Post (NYP). According to what was reported, the incident happened at around 11:30 am when Young was taking a walk with a pitbull named Chanel, a dog, and tried to play with another man's dog.

The suspect threatened to cut Young's dog's head and later chased Young.
The security camera video shows the two dogs running around the sidewalk with their owners. You can see a man wearing a green vest taking out nata from the inner pocket. A few minutes later, he rushed toward the victim, but the victim disappeared from the camera's view. While the spectators escape from the scene, Young's dog seems to be in a hurry toward the place where Young was.

A 34 -year -old Young reported that he was hospitalized after a doctor re -installed three of the four lost four fingers over 13 hours. After the incident, his fourth finger was not found.
“He took out the nata and cut off my dog's head. I put out to grab the sword, but he cut my hand,” said Young. “I couldn't believe it … I knew that my fingers were missing, I knew it, but I didn't want to look down.”
“There is a madman who runs around with Nata and runs around the people of the people. I hope the city finds this man and gains necessary help,” said his mother, Kim Tollies Young.
Young revealed to the post that no one tried to help him.
“They were just watching, they were recording on their mobile phones to post on the website. People didn't help me. I had to call 911. But the owner of the store was crazy.
