Hamas Says It Is Releasing First American Hostage From Gaza As Part Of Ceasefire Deal

The first American hostage has been released from Gaza as part of a ceasefire contract between Israel and Hamas.

The 65 -year -old American Slael Keith Sigel will be released.

The French -Israeli citizens of Calderon and Yarden Bibas are also released.

Fox News reported:

The United States and Israel's Keith Seagel (65 years old) will be released on Saturdays as part of the ceasefire contract between Israel and Hamas.

He was the first American citizen taken on October 7, 2023, and was released by terrorist organization as part of the ceasefire agreement.

Hamas says that the hostage released with Sigel is Yaden Vivas, the citizen of Calderon, a citizen of French Islael, and two youngest father.

In April 2024, Seagel was watched in a hostage video six months after a POW in Hamas. In a clip that confirmed that Sigel is alive, he said, “It's very important for me to know that I'm okay.”
