Man knows secret of living a long, happy life and it has to do with one activity

The 92 -year -old man teaches others the secrets of living a long, healthy and fulfilling life, as well as competing for choice activities.

Ivan Pedry, a retired tool maker, plays a ping -pong twice a week.

The three grandfathers reported that they started paddle sports at the age of 14. And now, 78 years later, he is still strongly involved.

“I'm a doctor -this is a wellness routine that follows for a longer and healthier life.”

Retires play about 14 games a week at Great Willie, Table, Tennis, and Club in Staffordshire, West Midruns, England.
