An elementary school employee in California says he had been dating for a few weeks in the arrest of the latest sex crimes that hit Southern California.
The Santa Anana Police responded to the potential sexual activity in a parked car on Tuesday morning after 7:30 am in the West Floral Park area.
32 -year -old Mariano Hernandez was in the car with a 16 -year -old woman who was unknown before the police arrested Creep. Police announced on Tuesday night.
Hernandez, a classified employee in Tustin Unified School District, worked as an interventionist at Benson Elementary School.
The girl was a district student and attended foot hill high school.
The two were found in high school west 6 miles.
Both Hernandez and teens have acknowledged the police that they are in “several weeks dating relationships.”
Hernandez was arrested and booked in Santa Ana Prison.
He has been charged with “various sexual assault accusations”.
The officials did not disclose accurate accusations, but thought that there were additional casualties and witnesses suspected of Hernandez's sex crime.
The arrest on Tuesday is the latest sexual assault on Santaanana school employees.
Edward Bakster, a 23 -year -old head coach of the Santa Aias High School Junior Bar City team, was arrested in January with a “date” school student.
Police turned upside down on January 10, a man and a woman in the back seat of the car.
The vehicle was leaving the scene, but the police immediately found a 16 -year -old student who acknowledged that he was in a dating with Baxter. Police said.
Baxter was arrested at home the next day and was charged with sexual assault -related crimes.
The teachers of the Santaanana High School Chorus, a part of the Santaana Unification School District, were arrested in November for nearly six months with a “sexual relationship” with a minor male student.
The Santa Anana police responded to the school at around 6:00 pm on November 15, 2024, and contacted him with an unknown 17 -year -old senior who talked about his six -month relationship with him. Jessenia Navaro Garcia.
The 37 -year -old agreed to meet Santa Anana, but was arrested when he arrived at the agreement.
Garcia acknowledged “sexual acts” and was struck by some sexual assault accusations.
The full -time choir teacher worked in the school district for five years before the arrest.
