A terrorist group known as the Gulf Cartel has once again killed an innocent victim who was caught in the middle of a shootout. A fatal shooting kills a woman and her two young grandchildren while they sleep inside the house while rival gunmen collide outside It happens a few days after that.
The recent shooting came early Wednesday morning when Uriel Picasso was driving a large commercial bus used to move personnel to the Reinosa manufacturing plant in Tamaulipas. Picasso, a City Senda employee, was welcoming factory workers in a rural community known as Paro Blanco when he was arrested in the middle of a sudden shooting among rival cartel gunmen.

The area where the shooting took place is between the cities of Reinosa and Rio Bravo. The region saw a dramatic rise in violence as two rivals in the Gulf Cartel fight for control of favorable drugs and trafficking routes. Since the start of the turf war, the federal and state governments in Mexico have effectively refused to deal with violence, minimized information on killings, and pushed out doctors' crime statistics, making the area safe. They continue to insist that there is.
Picasso's murder comes days after the Breitbart News Foundation reported a clash with a rival gunman killing a woman and her two grandchildren who were sleeping in the house of Reinosa in the border city. The victim appears to have been shot by a stray bullet from a cartel gunman's shootout.
The same fighting terrorist faction in the Gulf Cartel is responsible for planting dozens of landmines along the country roads surrounding Reinosa and Rio Bravo. The Breitbart News Foundation reports that the indiscriminate use of the explosive has already killed a variety of innocent victims, including US citizens, and injured several others.
