President Trump said on Sunday that he had lost patience in the ceasefire contract between Israel and Hamas after seeing footage of Israeli terrorists free Israeli hostages over the weekend.
Trump's response to seeing images of three hostages who were grossed when released on Saturday was days after the remaining 76 hostages were released and the president called for the removal of Palestinians from the Enclave Before it came later, it brought new uncertainty to the fate of the transaction. The United States controls it.
“They look like Holocaust survivors. They were in a terrible state. Trump told reporters on his way to New Orleans, on his way to Air Force 1 to attend the Super Bowl. “Which one.” I don't know if we can just take it for a long time… At some point, we lose patience.”
“We know we have a deal… they're dribbling and keeping dribbling… but they're in really bad shape,” Trump said of Israeli hostages.
Ohad Ben Ami and Eli Sharabi, who were taken hostage by Kibbutzberg in an Israeli-led attack led by Hamas on October 7, 2023, and Levy, who was evicted from the Nova Music Festival, will be sent to Israeli authorities. Hamas Paudium by gunman on Saturday prior to his release.
The three men appeared worse than the other 18 hostages previously released under the ceasefire agreed on January 15th of the war.
Many Palestinian prisoners released by Israel also appear to be thinly debilitated.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Saturday that the frail hostages were shocking and would be dealt with.
In exchange for three men, Israel released 183 Palestinian prisoners on Saturday.
Trump also made the purchase and ownership of Gaza after the Palestinians left or after the surprise announcement made on February 4th during his recent visit to Washington, the Palestinians were removed from the enclave. He told reporters he continues to promise to acquire it.
He said other countries may take part in the reconstruction section of Gaza.
“As long as the US rebuilds it, we can give it to other states in the Middle East and build that section. But we own it, take it, and Hamas returns. We are working to make sure that it doesn't come.”
