New Jersey State Police arrested 39-year-old Brian Diviasi and his wife, 42-year-old Elizabeth Diviasi on January 29th.

Brian Dibiasi faces five charges, including recording, possession, distribution of child sexual abuse material and putting child welfare at risk. Elizabeth Dibiasi is accused of putting the welfare of a child at risk by engaging in sexual acts.
Elizabeth Dibiasi appeared nude in the images along with children who were sometimes nude, and the couple had sex in front of the children, authorities said in court documents filed in favor of the charges.
The couple was released from the Monmouth County Jail after appearing in Burlington County Superior Court last week, according to NJ.com.
On Thursday, Blaze News contacted the Matthew J. Platkin's office to ask if the child in question was the couple's child. Officials there told Blaze News that “we will not provide specific information about the defendant if there is a possibility of compromising the anonymity of the victim,” and they have not confirmed or denied whether the victim is a child. Elizabeth Diviasi's attorney Jerry Ballarot told NJ.com that both suspects have regulations relating to their release.

The suspect allegedly uploaded and distributed unclear, perhaps newly produced or homemade content, particularly images and video files of child sexual exploitation/abuse material,” to the mobile messaging platform.
“The user is said to have distributed multiple media files in front of the children, including nude images of his wife. In chat logs, the suspect noted that he and his wife had children while they were having sex. Cyberchipline reported a total of 36 files. According to the state attorney general, it was uploaded from an account belonging to the user.
The file appeared on social media app Kik on an account that led to the couple's home, authorities told NJ.com.
Police reportedly tracked their Kik accounts to the couple's home in Hamilton Township. Law enforcement carried out an early morning raid at the home on January 29th.
NJ.com cited officials, reporting that Brian Dibiasi confirmed to investigators that he was the owner of the KIK account and confessed to distributing the files.
Elizabeth Dibiasi has been with the Mercer County Sheriff's Office for 18 years. She is suspended from a $134,000 job per year without pay, a police spokesman said. NJ.com.
Brian DiBiasi served the Hamilton Police Department for 21 years on a salary of $136,000 a year.
