Members of the immigration prison gang that have illegally entered the United States in 10 times and are being sought for murder in Mexico were deported by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office (ICE), announced Friday.

Jumberto Romero Avila, 45, first entered the country illegally in 2002 and was illegally approved in Mexico in 2007 in connection with the fatal shooting of a 22-year-old man.

In addition to breaking immigration laws, Avila was also convicted of theft, four DWIs and several other criminal offences while roaming illegally on the streets of the United States, Ice said.

He was deported later that month and illegally entered the country on an unknown date and location before being jailed at Shelby County Jail on August 31, 2013, following another arrest for DWI and theft. It was done. ICE filed an immigrant detainee and he was deported to Mexico in January 2014.

He was again exiled in the same month after rejoining illegally again in February 2014.

Avila entered the United States for the ninth illegal time in March 2014, and he was soon greeted by the Border Patrol. He was later convicted of illegal entry and sentenced to 150 days of jail.

After his release from prison, the Prison Bureau moved Romero to ice custody in August 2014 and was deported back to Mexico.

It is unknown that he entered the United States illegally, and the gang members were not encountered again until March 22, 2024 after being arrested for the fourth DWI in Shelby County.

Avila's deportation comes amid a fierce crackdown on illegal criminal immigration under the Trump administration.
