According to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital, the rape lawsuit filed by Jane Doe against Jay-Z and Sean “Diddy” Combs was dismissed on bias.

Jay-Z states that while the courts must protect the victims, “with the same ethical liability, the courts must protect the innocent from being charged without fragments of evidence. All. “We hope the truth wins against those who were falsely accused of victims.”

Jay-Z's lawyer Alex Spiro also shared a statement, celebrating the rapper for pushing the suit back.

A day after Jay-Z was named in the December Combs sexual assault case, the music mogul filed a motion to dismiss the rape case.

Initially, the lawsuit stated that Combs raped a minor while “Celebrity A” and “Celebrity B” watched. Carter was named “Celebrity A” in the revised lawsuit.
In the lawsuit, Jay Z said he was “with combs during the many cases described here,” and “both perpetrators must face justice.” The music mogul said, “It's said to be so close that Combs mentioned in 2023 that Carter was the only person.
