The Texas dog owner opposes the judge's order to euthanize her pit bull after the animal catches the animal raiding a man seriously.
On Jan. 28, deputies from the Bexar County Sheriff's Office responded to reports that a 43-year-old man had been attacked by a dog in San Antonio, Texas.

The Bexar County Sheriff's Office statement Adam said, “He suffered serious facial injuries to his lips, chin and cheeks, and needed immediate medical attention and was taken to university hospital for treatment.”

Animal Control in Bexar County has gained custody of the Pitbull. Police arrested 39-year-old Veronica Elizabeth Polly, the owner of the Pitbull. She was charged with assaulting a dangerous dog with serious injuries. Pauly's bail was set at $85,000.
On Wednesday, Adam Diderot appeared in court wearing a face mask to cover his nightmare injuries.
Megan Diderot told the court that her husband might need reconstructive surgery.
Pauly, who represented herself at the hearing, opposed the euthanasia of her dog.
“I have never realised he is offensive towards humans,” Paulie told the court. KSAT-TV. “My heart goes to the victim, but it was definitely not my dog.”
Despite her plea, a Bexar County judge ordered the Pitbull to be euthanized.
Paulie was reportedly “visibly upset” by the judge's order.
According to KSAT-TV, “She maintained her belief that authorities had identified the wrong animal.”
The judge granted Paulie the last opportunity to see her dog before the animal was euthanized.
