The North Carolina teenager was in tears, screaming in disbelief, and had to endure court officials after being told by a judge would be charged as an adult for murder.
Sean Simpson, 16, was charged with first-degree murder last month with the shooting death of 16-year-old Zaquavious Dawkins, 16, in Gastonia on January 26th. WCCB It has been reported.
The suspect sobbed and he couldn't stand on his own as the judge appointed him a defender of capital, denied bail and told him he would be charged as an adult.
“I love you, mommy! I love you, mommy,” Simpson cried out as he was escorted from the court on January 29th.
He is said to have shot and killed Dawkins while walking with a friend to pick up items for his disabled mother with family dollars as the black Tesla passed them. Gaston Gazette It has been reported.
Tesla came back and headed towards the boy, urging him to escape.
Simpson is said to have started shooting them from the back of the car as they escaped.
The teenager was found in a bloody car park by police and died of injuries. His friend was also injured in the shooting but survived.
Simpson was arrested two days later by the Gastonian Police Station at the Gaston Adolescent Center.
Killerteen was undergoing treatment at the center when he was arrested.

“You had to suffer from the consequences.”
