McDonald’s location in Flatbush, Brooklyn, carding customers in response to crime

New York City McDonald's excludes a group of teenagers at the restaurant after enduring an influx of delinquent behavior.

The location in Flatbush, Brooklyn, is protected by security guards checking the IDs of young people seeking entry. Its front door reads “No one under the age of 20 is permitted at this restaurant without proper identification with parents.”

An amusing resident named Sania Bolasingh recently posted a Tiktok for the restaurant.

“Yeah, this is so funny, please show me something,” Borasin says in the video. “Do you know how peaceful this McDonald's is? Do you know how to have no children? Do you know how to avoid confusion?”

Customers will see a relatively empty and quiet McDonald's. She also shows interacting with the security guard pointing to a new sign.

“you [are] For McDonald's, is that so? ” she asks.

“They got kids waiting outside like it was crazy…. [them] They're waiting outside as they tear people's places here. This is crazy. This is a disease. ”

Manager Amber Hussein told The New York Post that teenage customers “threw ice at customers, snatched Uber driver food and smoked weeds in restaurants to create chaos.

Recently, a group of teenagers in ski masks flocked to attack security guards, prompting the latest changes. Bolasingh posted that the location was infamous to its customers.

“If you come from the area, you know that McDonald's is scary,” she explained. “People fight there. It's not just kids. People were stabbed, delivery workers jumped, and he died.”

Located south of Prospect Park and home to Brooklyn College, Flatbush is considered by average as safe and secure among the Big Apple district rankings. The 84-year-old woman was hospitalized last year after being attacked by a stray bullet outside her flatbush garden apartment.
