5 Migrant Gotaways Arrested on Texas Ranch 50 Miles from Border

The Texas Public Safety Brush team arrested five illegal foreigners Gotaway after pursuing miles on a ranch located 50 miles north of the Mexican border. The Brush team handed over five Mexican citizens to Border Patrol agents to enter the removal process.

Texas DPS spokesman Lt. Colonel Chris Olivares Posted The X video shows the Brush Team and the K-9 Bona, tracking a group of migrants who were able to avoid detection and arrest along the US-Mexico border. The illegal alien Gotaway headed towards Uvalde County, about 50 miles north of the border.

The DPS brush team first responded to camera activation at a privately owned ranch in Uvalde County. The brush team found four Mexican citizens and handed them over to the Border Patrol for removal procedures.

The K-9 bonus and his handler joined the brush team the following day to update the search. Bona tracked down the remaining illegal aliens for nearly five miles on multiple ranches before finding him and detaining him. A Mexican man was trying to hide inside a brush.

Another DPS brush team and soldiers from the Texas Army division team teamed up in Star County the following day, crossing the Rio Grande on a raft to repel a group of immigrants. One of the migrants was arrested and handed over to Border Patrol agents for removal procedures.

At the end of the video, the refugee migrants can be seen paddling their rafts across the Rio Grande.
