Philadelphia prison officials continue to ignore U.S. immigrant and customs enforcement (ICE) immigrant detainees and are forced to stand up in prisons and prison parking lots that are uncontrollable by criminally illegal alien criminals who are dangerous to police. Since prisoner transfers between law enforcement occur on a daily basis within prison environments, officers can safely envision prisoner custody.
Philadelphia is just one of several sanctuary cities that want criminals to give illegal aliens a last chance to flee the community and avoid the Trump administration's aggressive deportation policy.
Ice arrested Anderson Nunez Hernandez, a citizen of the Dominican Republic. According to Ice, Nunez-Hernadez is a criminal alien who has been previously convicted of possession with the intent to sentence him to 23 months. Philadelphia officials forced Nunez Hernandez to be arrested when he left the facility in public after the Philadelphia Sheriff's Department refused respect. immigrant detainees.
Nunez-Hernandez was arrested by Border Patrol in October 2021 for illegal entry into the United States near McAllen, Texas. He was issued a notice of parole after emergence from ice custody awaiting a scheduled immigration hearing in Philadelphia on December 1, 2021.
Nunez-Hernandez is part of a drug investigation by Pennsylvania law enforcement authorities, and was charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance after a large amount of fentanyl was seized while a search warrant was executed. Nunez-Hernandez was later convicted of the crime.
In another Philadelphia case, prison officials forced Honduras citizen Amilkar Josue Villaville Mendes to arrest February 27 at Easton's Northampton County Jail.
According to Ice, Villalvir-Mendez is a criminal alien who has been previously convicted of aggravated assault, theft through illegal seizing, possession of marijuana, speeding over 25 mph with speed limits, and retail theft.
Brian McShane, director of Ice Enforcement and Removal Operations in Philadelphia, issued a statement on the policy of the Sanctuary City, saying, “Don't respect for immigrant detainees undermine public safety and waste taxpayer funds. It diverts substantial resources into the ice and forces them to find and arrest criminal foreigners in unpredictable and risky public areas.” An ICE official has repeatedly told Breitbart Texas that dangerous criminal foreigners will be detained in an uncontrolled environment.
The surprising trend of intentionally enforcing conflict between federal law enforcement agents and criminally illegal aliens released from prison was highlighted in the “House Committee on Oversight and Recent Hearings on Government Reform.”Public hearing with the mayor of Sanctuary City. ”
During the hearing, the case of Abraham Garcia, a 23-year-old illegal alien and member of the Venezuelan Tren DeLagua gang, was highlighted in the exchange between Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) and Democratic Denver Mayor Mike Johnston. Garcia was released to the Denver Jail parking lot on February 28 after authorities refused to respect ice detainees.
safety video Release by the Denver Public Safety Department showed Garcia escape from several ice agents after being released in the facility's parking lot. The agents captured Garcia after a foot pursuit and a physical struggle. Garcia is currently under ice custody awaiting deportation.
Jordan warned Johnston, “You were in custody for 345 days. And Ice said, hey, you wouldn't you give us a 48-hour head lift? You gave them an hour's notice… The officers were assaulted because of your policy. They have to arrest him in the parking lot.”
