FBI’s Kash Patel Charges Three U.S. Army Personnel with Treason

Three Army officials against the United States are accused of unpleasant behaviour against the United States, according to Kash Patel, director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

In a social media post on Patel on Thursday I said The FBI worked with interagency partners led by U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondy to arrest the suspect on suspicion of theft of government property and bribery schemes.

“These individuals are accused of stealing American defense intelligence capabilities and empowering enemies like China in the betrayal of our nation. They will now face American justice,” he wrote:

Thursday's U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Public Relations Office detail Information about three individuals and accusations against them.

“Jian Zhao and Ruoyu Duan, an active-duty US soldier stationed at joint base Lewis McCord, were arrested today after charges made by the Federal University Ju Court in the Oregon and Western Washington districts,” the agency said.

“Tian and Duan were charged with conspiring to commit bribery and theft of government property in the Oregon area. Zhao was charged with conspiring to obtain defense information to individuals who are not permitted to receive defense information and to send it for bribery and theft of government property in the Western District of Washington.”

In her statement regarding the case, Bondi said, “The defendants arrested today are accused of betraying our country, weakening America's defensive capabilities, and working actively to empower China's enemies. They will face swift, harsh, and comprehensive justice.”

In early January, FBI director Christopher Ray said China had penetrated America's water treatment plants, the electric grid and other private infrastructure, Breitbart News reported.

He said, “There's another part of China's cyber threat, and I think it's desperately appropriate. And that's the Chinese government is pre-located on the critical infrastructure of America's private sector, and can do real-world harm at one and place of their choice to wait for those networks to be in a position to wreak havoc.”

Following confirmation that Patel will lead the FBI in February, according to Breitbart News, it said there is only a “single system of justice for all Americans” rather than a “two-tier system of justice.” He also added that there is accountability within and outside the FBI. He noted that the agency's national security mission is extremely important.

“Anyone who wants to harm our way of life and our citizens, here or abroad, will face the complete rage of the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation,” he said.

“And when we try to hide in the corner of this country, or in the corner of this planet, we place the largest manhunt in the world. We will find you. “We support the Constitution. We will maintain ourselves in the Constitution.”
