Palestinian pro-activists smashed Trump's golf course in Scotland on Saturday, protesting the administration's policies in the Gaza Strip.
In white and bold capital letters, the activist wrote “Gaza is not a four sale” on Trump's Turnberry Golf Course. Activists said the letters were three metres tall each.
Activists also spray painted the sides of the hotel using red paint, “digging up greens containing the most famous holes on the course – used in numerous open championships.”
The actions of the group Palestinians claimed credit for the incident and posted many photos of the vandalism.
“Last night's actions come as a direct response to the intentions stated by the US administration to ethnically cleanse Gaza. The US president last week created his plan to “clean everything” and forcefully replace the population, so last week he released an AI video promoting his plans, including drinking at the “Trump Gaza” resort,” a press release read from the group.
Trump shared a video created using artificial intelligence (AI) on Tuesday. This presents his proposals on the potential development of the war-torn Gaza Strip, featuring a portrait of him rising from the tiled rub and a golden statue of a beachfront skyscraper.
In this video, children generated by AI holding gold balloons made like cards have been renovated, along with gorgeous hotels and money-filled beachfronts flying through the sky. The video also includes shots of the “Trump Gaza” building, showing Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu enjoying a drink in the sun.
“There are no more tunnels, no more fears,” the voice of the video sings. “Trump Gaza is finally here. Trump Gaza is bright, a golden future, a brand new light.”
The group said the protest was an effort to “clear public opposition to Trump's intentions.”
“Palestinian actions reject Donald Trump's treatment of Gaza as if it were his property to dispose of him as he pleased. To make that clear, we have shown him that his own property is not safe from acts of resistance. An unnamed spokesman for the group said in a press release, continuing his actions against US and Israeli colonialism in his Palestinian homeland.
