GOP Arkansas Sen. Tom Cotton has denied recent claims from conservative commentator Tucker Carlson. Tucker Carlson proposed that he was working to block the release of information regarding the assassination of former Democratic president John F. Kennedy.

Carlson's comments came in recent conversations. News Nation Host Chris Cuomo has been nurtured the topic of Kennedy Assassination Files.

The current virus clip began by asking Carlson to Cuomo. [files] Has it been a secret for a long time? ”

Cuomo responded, thinking that the reason why not all the files were released was because “the agency is protecting itself.”

“The idea of a deep state for me is… convenience, and it's more than it's real. It's a boogie man. Why don't they put it out?” Cuomo said.

“These files have clearly contained information that makes the CIA look bad,” Cuomo continued.

Carlson then explained in January: “People who are being discussed for their work in the Intel world and members of the SSCI of the Senate Selection Committee on Intelligence Reports have made the decision and said, “We cannot hire this person, so we are sure we will push the release of the JFK file.”

“This was two months ago in 2025 and you have a seated member of the US Senate whose main goal is to keep those files secret. And you have to ask yourself, what is that?”

Cuomo: “And where is your boy Kash Patel? Does that mean he probably went there to bust all of this?

Carlson: “I can't answer that.”

Cuomo: “He came out with this strange tweet. It was very common… “Things change. We're going to do all this.” After we found out who he's under control now… why wasn't he there? “Why didn't he go there and say, “Please give me a file”? ”

Carlson: “Isn't I just saying that the deep state is not real?” *lol*

Cuomo: “So why don't you expose that person?” refers to Carlson's previous claim that someone on the Intel committee was trying to hold back the files.

Carlson: “Tom Cotton of Arkansas did that,” he replied with a sigh.

The Cotton's (R-ark.) office responded quickly to Tuesday's accusations, completely denying the conservative critic's allegations.

“This is fully constructed and Senator Cotton is not opposed to the release of JFK files and is not involved in the way the enforcement department releases documents,” a spokesperson for Cotton announced.

Cotton also issued a statement on X, claiming that Carlson's claim is completely “false.”

“There is no problem releasing the 'JFK file'. If @tuckercarlson asked me, I would have told him. He's texted me many times over the past few weeks so he knows how to get to me,” Cotton wrote.

“I would have explained that I have never spoken to President Trump, his peers or administrative authorities about the file, never opposed the appointment of a person for the file, and that Tarsi Gabbard, John Ratcliffe, Pam Bondi, Kash Patel and other officials have the full faith in releasing files according to President Trump's direct,” he added.

President Trump signed an executive order in January dictating the release of compiled government files related to the assassination of Kennedy, Pastor Martin Luther King Jr. and Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy.

Additionally, Carlson's claims appear to be that Texas GOP Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-Texas) was caught up in a hot microphone late last month, threatening to “kill” Carlson.

Crenshaw was asked about Carlson, and he replied by calling him “the worst person.” If I see him I'll kill him. ”

The Crenshaw clip looks like Carlson went viral. Carlson replied: I'll send you my address. ”

After a massive backlash from conservatives, Crenshaw spoke Fox 26 Greg Grugan is a political reporter about the incident.

Crenshaw: “It's a bit shocking that two serious people like you and me have to deal with serious and serious issues and deal with them, but I think we'll do that. Watch, I saw all the rage online and then found that video myself, and I'm saying, it's the lightest “death threat” I've ever seen. I think it's pretty clear that it's a non-literary turn of the phrase. To look at yourself seriously and be honest, I think you know it's an exaggeration, and no, Tucker has nothing to worry about. I absolutely do not want to harm him.
