Democrats’ hatred of Trump makes them their own worst enemies

The questions to consider are: What happened to the Democrats?

You don't need to be a political scientist to recognize that Democrats have lost their way. It's one thing to have an ideological disagreement with the other side. It's a completely different thing to abandon not only traditional American values, but also common sense itself.

Let's start with their “deplorable basket” thinking. Hillary Clinton yelled out in 2016, which clearly shows how many countries the Democratic elite are looking at. If you question their agenda, you are not just wrong – you are immoral.

Look at the issues of trans athletes in women's sports. Approximately 80% of Americans agree that biological men should not compete with biological women. But when the Senate had the opportunity to affirm this fundamental reality, he was not a single Democrat I voted for that. It's not just one. They want to ignore science because they are so frightening their activists' base. They are the people who chose them rather than risk being labeled “transphobic” on social media.

Then there is the absurd response to the accusation of Rep. Al Green (R-Texas), a progressive Democrat. He wielded his wand around and interrupted his formal speech to Congress by the sitting president. When the house moved to blame him, a small number of Democrats, including members of the Congressional Black Caucus, not only protected Green, but also turned his blame into a spectacle, marching into a well of home and singing “We Will Overcome.”

Really? Is that song a symbol of the civil rights movement and used to defend the grand politicians? It's not just deaf – it's a simple attack. It cheapens the struggle of those who fought for real justice.

And then there's the moment when it reveals how the petty Democrats turned out. It happened when Trump introduced a 13-year-old boy who was fighting brain cancer during his speech, and most of all he wanted to become a law enforcement officer. So, President Trump made him an honorary Secret Service agent. It was one of the rare moments of politics, with partisanship to have taken the backseat.

The Republican stood and applauded. Democrats? They were sitting on the stone. Democrats may have stood to honor children who defeat cancer. They could have stood to acknowledge the moment of human victory. However, they refused because it was Trump who introduced him. It is not a principled objection – it is trivial and pathetic. Americans realize this.

For Democrats today, there's nothing more than hating Trump. That's a key point in all of this, my friends. Hate towards Trump has put him in a position to rely on almost everything. It activates them, motivates them, and directs them what they say and do.

There were many things Democrats didn't like about Trump's speech. It was unnecessary partisan. But he was right about at least one thing. “I'm looking at the Democrats in front of me,” Trump said. I can announce the cure for the most devastating illness, the disease that wipes out the whole country, or the answer to the biggest economy in history, or the crime halt to the lowest ever recorded levels.

I think many Americans watching the speech are nodding in agreement. I was – and I'm not a fan of the president.

This is what the Democrats have become. It is no longer a working class, middle class, or mainstream liberal party. It is the party of coastal elites, radical activists, professional rage parties. And it's so consumed by hatred towards Trump and his supporters that most of the Americans are lost.

Rather than coming up with fresh ideas to show why they're a reasonable, more reasonable alternative to Trump, what they're doing is showing that he's paying anyone for the reason he's won.

Democrats believe Trump is the enemy. But the truth is, they are their own worst enemy.
