Police in Memphis, Tennessee arrested five men on Monday, according to reports.
The police report says it saw a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu stop at a downtown intersection. The vehicle stopped despite the green light. Police then watched two men jump around the vehicle and danced to one man on the hood.
