An old video of former President Barack Obama, boasting of drastically cutting government costs, has resurfaced to haunt Democrats. Tesla CEO Elon Musk said in the video clip President Obama sounds like “just 'just'” as government efficiency under President Donald Trump's administration.

“We're not just about eliminating fraud and waste,” Biden added. “We want to instill a whole new culture of not just our administration, but all successful administrations, which actually pursue.”
