Rep. Nancy Mace sued by man she accused of sex abuse in House floor speech

Last month, a businessman who accused Senator Nancy Mace of being a sexual predator in a house floor speech last month sued South Carolina Republicans for honour and loss.

Brian Musgrave, one of four businessmen who alleged Mace was involved in sex trafficking and filming a nude video based on women, filed a lawsuit against a female lawmaker in South Carolina federal court on Thursday, denying all claims.

He added that he never tried to “photo” or “insulate” the female victim.

In an explosive comment last month, Mace said she found more than 10,000 videos and other photographic evidence on the phone of her ex-fiance, Patrick Bryant.

Musgrave is seeking punitive damages as determined by the ju apprentice.

The post was reached out to a Mace spokesman for comment.
