Biological mom of Conn. house of horrors victim speaks out

The biological mother of a “traumatized” debilitating man who was allegedly captured by his Connecticut stepmother for 20 years, claimed that her son was “never forgotten.”

The now 32-year-old victim weighed just 68 pounds when he was rescued from his family's Waterbury home last month.

The victim was trapped in a 9 x 8 feet storage space and was said to have been starved for years. Court documents show that they had to drink from the toilet and eat from the trash can.

After Clegg's death, his prisoner became more restrictive and he was trapped in a room 22-24 hours a day, the victims insisted to authorities.

Kimberly Sullivan, 56, was arrested but was later released on a $300,000 bond.
