“According to the data we currently have, 51 people have lost their lives, over 100 people have been injured and they will be transported to hospitals in Kokani, Skopje,” he said after visiting the Kokani scene.
North Macedonia's MRT public broadcaster previously reported that 27 people were hospitalized with severe burns at Skopje Municipal Hospital, and a further 23 were being treated at a clinical centre. He said some of the injured had children.
