The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) must prepare an immigration record for Prince Harry. This can be made clear if you disclose your previous drug use before coming to the US by this Tuesday.

According to court records, U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols ruled that DHS must comply with an order to publish Harry's records until the end of Tuesday.
“These compilations appear to be appropriate and the government has been ordered to lodge edited versions of these documents at the docket by March 18, 2025,” Nichols ruled.
The Heritage Foundation, a conservative foundation that has been seeking records for several years under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), is trying to find out whether Harry lied to his immigration documents about his past drug use, or whether he received special treatment to enter the United States.
The ruling comes after DHS rejected the initial FOI request from the Heritage Foundation. However, in February, they agreed to the release of the edited version of the form, provided that the disclosure violates Harry's privacy.
Drug use is not a barrier to getting a visa, but lying about it makes the process even more difficult. In theory, if Harry did not reveal drug use in his visa application, he could technically remove it.
His 2023 book “spare,” Harry confesses that he will take part in cocaine use, among other drugs.
“Of course I was on cocaine at the time. I was offered a line at someone's house, on a hunting weekend, and since then I've consumed a little more,” he wrote.
“It wasn't very interesting and I didn't feel particularly happy because it looked like it had happened to others, but it made me feel different and that was my main purpose. I feel it. It's different.”
Nevertheless, President Donald Trump said New York Post In February he didn't try to take Prince Harry out of the country.
“I don't want to do that,” Trump said. “I'll leave him alone. He has enough problems with his wife. She's terrible.”
