On Monday's broadcast of “CNN News Central,” Rep. Gregory Meeks (D-NY) said Democrats “are aware that it's just a unity that we'll win in court and win in 2026.”
Meeks said, “We're on the fight, we're winning in court. When we're in the minority, not the minority, it's a different strategy. So there's another strategy, there's a strategy. The floor focuses on this fight to win in the long term.
Meeks hoped they had discussed ways to deal with the ongoing solutions faster so that the party appears to be publicly united, but instead, they appear to be split up, but “Internally, they'll continue to bring these conversations together.
