Shortly after the judge's temporary order was issued, Representative Brandon Gill (R-Texas) announced plans to submit an article on each of the judges.

“It needs,” Musk wrote to X after Gill revealed plans to introduce an article on each of the bullets against the judges.

“The very worst judges — people who repeatedly disregard the law — should at least be placed on the bluff each vote, whether or not the vote was successful,” Musk followed up in another post Monday.

Over the weekend, US District Judge James Boasberg imposes a 14-day restraining order on Trump's ability to use the Alien Enemy Act of 1798 to speed up the process of deporting members of Venezuela gangster Tren de Aragua.

Boasberg, appointed by former President Barack Obama in 2011, further ordered that “we need to take off or return the planes that include these people in the air to the United States.”

“On another day, another judge will unilaterally decide on policies across the country, this time to benefit foreign gang members,” Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, posted on X.

However, the order was already too late for the suspicious gang members. On Sunday, Salvador President Naive Buquer posted dramatic video footage showing more than 250 Tren de Aragua and MS-13 members sent to the Central American country.

Meanwhile, the criminals will be held at Venezuela's infamous Centre for Terrorism Confinement (CECOT).

The judge's temporary order comes just hours after the Trump administration enforced enforcement action to call 18th– Century alien enemies begin to act and chase after members of the Venezuelan gang.

Texas legislators have made headlines during their recent tenure. He recently petitioned Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) to expel her despite her being an American citizen, but introduced a law that would put Trump's face on a $100 bill.

Alien enemy laws grant to wartime commanders of power to arrest and expel citizens of their home enemy countries.

When Trump reclaimed the White House in January, he named Tren de Aragua a terrorist organization. The gang is affiliated with human trafficking, drug smuggling and temptation.

In a January declaration, Trump declared that Tren de Aragua and MS-13 “present an extraordinary and extraordinary threat to national security, foreign policy and the economy.”

His major decision to enact wartime power is his fourth, and his last use comes under former President Franklin D. Roosevelt in the wake of a Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor Naval Base.

Roosevelt used his power to put down descents in Japan, Germany and Italy into concentration camps.

“For many years, Venezuela's national and local governments have been increasingly restrained against territory to cross-border criminal organizations, including the TDA,” Trump explained in a statement regarding his decision to call authorities.

“The consequence is a hybrid criminal nation committed invasions and predatory invasions of the United States, poses a great danger to the United States.”

Meanwhile, the Boasberg temporary suspension was intended to further weigh the matters in the courts and to consider the rules of the case.

Additionally, the Trump administration has already filed a lawsuit against Boasberg's order in the DC Circuit Court of Appeals.
