I have just completed a very good call with Ukrainian President Zelensky. It lasted about an hour. Much of the discussion was based on a call with President Putin yesterday to coordinate both Russia and Ukraine in terms of demand and needs. We are on very well and we ask Secretary of State Marco Rubio and National Security Advisor Michael Waltz to provide an accurate explanation of the points discussed. The call was the day after President Trump spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin, and they discussed a 30-day ceasefire in which Russia and Ukraine agreed to stop attacking each other's energy sites.
Following that Tuesday's call, the Kremlin said Putin had given immediate orders to stop the new Russian attack on Ukraine's energy sector.
