Idaho prosecutors revealed a selfie of Brian Coberger giving a thumbs-up to camera after he claimed that he would enter the house and stab four college students to death in a slaughter of a home that rocked the country.
“The state intends to present a photograph of Brian Coberger taken from his phone at 10:31am on November 13, 2022, hours after the murder,” Lata County Deputy Prosecutor Ashley Jennings wrote in a court application Wednesday evening. “Whether Brian Coberger can be described as having a 'bubbly brow' is a de facto resolve to be decided by the ju umpire. ”
The photo shows Coberger wearing earphones and giving a thumbs up in front of the shower. It would have been taken about an hour after police claimed he returned to the crime scene after a quadruple layer stabbed inside.

Kohberger's defense team asked Judge Stephen Hippler to stop his surviving roommate from testifying about an intruder who saw the three housemates and another friend's night, and a bushy eyebrow. In the movement, lawyer Elisa Masos Kohberger denied that he had bushy eyebrows from the start.
The surviving roommate, identified only as a “DM” in court documents, is the only known witness who has lived to tell her story after encountering an intruder and frozen in shock when he came within just three feet of her. He is believed to have left the house, heading towards the sliding door behind him, according to a court application.
