Hot travel trend holds big health benefit for those seeking ‘longer life’

New reports from Kayak.com It highlights predicted travel trends that could dominate the next five years.

The reservation platform, “What the Future Report,” is “Vitamin T.” “T” stands for travel. This is a concept that describes people taking vacations for a wellness experience in the hopes of extending their lifespan.

“By 2030, Vitamin T will not be just a trend, it will be necessary. We are not only booking vacations anymore, but we are also investing in happiness. Forget the anti-aging cream.

“Traveling has evolved from luxury to important health interventions, and those who accept it may lead longer and healthier lives.”

Kayak's data shows that wellness is a priority when selecting accommodations for travelers.

Welfare-focused tourism continues to grow, and there are more destinations in the US for tourists looking to rejuvenate.

Kayak recommends the following domestic destinations:

Sedona, Arizona boasts a hideaway for healthy living. There are opportunities for spiritual workshops, wellness resorts, and are naturally involved in ramming through its distinctive red rocks.

Located between Coconino and Yabapai counties, visitors can also participate in drum circles and healing energy sessions.

Ojai, California
