CNN Conservative Commentator Scott Jennings I'll cut it out Noise over signal chat leaks involving high-ranking members of the Trump administration debates our strike against Houthi terrorists.
Jennings adorns his initial thoughts about the incident by revealing that he was given inside information about the group chat. He later pointed out that Signal is an approved app used by White House officials to discuss the issue, as evident from the fact that it has already been downloaded on devices and computers by the Biden-Harris Administration.
“In some messages, they talk about having to go to a high side computer, a classified system. So they clearly knew there was a line about chats like this and what they could discuss in a classified system,” he continued. He also said there were questions about whether the group actually discussed “war plans” in chat.
“Don't let the American enemies escape these lies.”
Prime Minister Jeffrey Goldberg's Atlantic Editor, who was mistakenly added to the chat, claimed that the discussion plans were very detailed and that he believed the information had been classified.
Jennings continued to praise the Trump administration for attacking the Hoosis in ways that actually hindered his ability to destroy the transport lane, as Joe Biden could do when he was in the White House.
“I love this policy. It's well done. You've had thoughtful policy discussions, and we did what the Biden administration doesn't: stop these people from harassing our transport lanes, our boats, and our navy,” he said.
The White House defends the chat group, saying that the classified information has not been conveyed, highlighting how well everyone in the management is working. As of Tuesday, there are no plans to fire national security adviser Mike Waltz, who claims Goldberg was the person who added him to the chat.
