Three New York City postal workers allegedly dragged an unconscious colleague behind a postal truck.
Daniel Jean, 38; Kirt Acala, 38; and 40-year-old Edward Chow was charged with sexually motivating temptation of Jean's colleagues that occurred at a June 8, 2023 post-workplace birthday party in East Village on June 8, 2023, in the East Village, according to charges filed Wednesday in the New York Supreme Court.
The victim told officers that she felt unconscious with Ussie during a birthday celebration at the 14th Street post office where they all worked, as it was said that three de-fallen mailmen had set her up.
The victim was unable to stand up or lift her head and said she was abused by jeans inside the post office, and then, with the help of Chou and Akara, she was dragged behind the post truck, the charges said.
When he entered the truck, Jean was allegedly attempting to rape the victim.
Officers were called to the scene and found Akala and Butterfly sitting in a truck taxi. The pair initially reluctantly open the back door – until they hear officers scream to help them come from behind the vehicle.
Jean then thawed his pants from the back of the postal truck, and authorities argued for the indictment.

The victim was found by police in a mail truck with his pants back in place.
All three men face a second indictment and sexually motivated invitation.
Jean is faced with an additional fee for first-degree attempted rape, first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree sexual abuse attempts, and forced inspiration.
