The Jets added some experience to the wide receiver room on Thursday and signed free agent Josh Reynolds.
The 30-year-old Reynolds knows new Jets coach Aaron Glenn and offensive coordinator Tanner Engstrand from his days with the Lions from 2021-23.
New Jets general manager Darren Moogie is also familiar with Reynolds, who played five games with the Broncos last season.
Reynolds played for the Rams, Titan, Lion, Broncos and Jaguars over an eight-year career.
He has 233 career receptions for 3,127 yards and 20 touchdowns.
Last season, he split the year between the Broncos and Jaguars, with 13 catches for 194 yards and one touchdown.
The Jets have little experience at receivers on their roster after cutting Davante Adams this offseason.
Garrett Wilson is in his fourth season and is the team's No. 1 receiver, but at this point Xavier Gipson, Tyler Johnson and Malachi Corley are the other top receivers of the team.
Allen Lazard is still on the Jets' roster, but he's not expected to be with the team this season.

The NFL Network reported that Reynolds' deal was one year and worth up to $5 million.
Jaguar released Reynolds on March 7th.
