The accused is “under investigation” after appearing to have dragged the key across a Tesla Cybertruck outside the Omni Mountain Resort & Spa in Brenton Woods, New Hampshire.
Kelly Priot, the owner of the damaged Tesla, posted a clip to X, saying, “Our Tesla cybertruck was destroyed in New Hampshire this weekend. While staying at the hotel, our vehicle was locked within an hour of arrival.”
In an interview, Priot told Fox News Digital that she and her husband were told “at the time of the incident we were told we would get a warrant for the arrest of the male suspect.”

Footage obtained by Fox News Digital shows the male suspect walking along the right side of the vehicle, pulling what appears to be a key from his pocket and dragging it along the side of the cyber truck.
Pouliot can record a video when police arrive at the scene and hear officers ask, “Do you want to tell us what happened here?”
The defendant's destroyer said, “No, I don't know what happened.”
Police then told the man “he had him on video.”
“I don't know what happened,” the man repeated.
Carroll Police Chief Tad Bailey said New Hampshire Union Leader The “case is under investigation by the US and the Coos County Attorney's Office.”
A spokesman for the Carroll Police Department and the Coos County Attorney's Office did not respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

“This task force is just the latest move to coordinate efforts to ensure that those who attack Tesla are pursued and brought to justice,” FBI spokesman Ben Williamson told Fox News Digital on Monday.

The attacks and offensive rhetoric on the vehicle against billionaire Tesla founder and dogehead Elon Musk has not been adopted. Democrat Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, said in a call last week they should “pull down” the mask.
The Texas lawmaker quickly revealed her statement, saying, “Everything I'm promoting is non-violent.”

Despite warnings from the Attorney General, Crockett is calling for a “day of global action” that doubles her stance and fights back against the company Musk discovered on March 29th.
