Governors support Shapiro after arson at governor’s mansion

“This type of violence is not alright,” Shapiro told reporters outside the governor’s mansion Sunday that was damaged. “This kind of violence is becoming too common in our society. If it comes from a certain side, directed at one particular party or another, I don’t mind. It’s not okay, it has to be stopped. We need to be better than this.

“No one will discourage me, my family, or Pennsylvanians from celebrating their faith openly and proudly,” Shapiro said.
