‘This Country Is a Hellhole’

British actress Amy Lee Wood attacked what was called the “unprotectable” British Supreme Court ruling on Monday for the purpose of referring to terms such as “female” and “sex” to the biological gender rather than gender, in order to determine the issue of equality.

As reported by Breitbart News, the decision confirmed that the legal definition of women under the country’s Equality Act 2010 is based on biological sex, thus excludes transgender women.

Amy Lee Wood doesn’t have it.

She rejects the concept of sex as binary and asks that “cisgender people, including queer people, are stepping up hell meaningfully.”

Recently starring actress White lotus I took her to social media to share her sadness.

“Pure Anger” she began on Instagram posts re-shared by activists anger Author: Ellen Jones. “This country is hell.”

“This morning, the UK Supreme Court unanimously decided that the definition of gender under the Equality Act of 2010 refers only to biological sex and does not include people with a gender identification certificate.

“The fact that trans people have been excluded from the evidence and findings is not a single trans person. [was] Consultation is immoral and defenseless. ”

“Imagine it was a different group of people. There’s a turmoil,” she continued. “This ruling sets an incredibly dangerous precedent. It will restore the UK for at least 20 years in terms of protection. Trans people will die as a result of this judgment. But that’s the point: the lives of trans people are considered completely disposable.”

The anger didn’t stop there.

“We’re going to need people who are cisgender, including queer people, who are stepping into meaningful hell, meaning that trans people have been seeking for decades. “We can’t stress how horrifying today’s dominance is, not just for trans people, but for women.”

“I will soon share more thoughts and resources, but this is probably the worst day in my memory for equality for LGBTQ+ people.”

As reported by Breitbart News, The court ruled: “The definition of sex in the Equality Act of 2010 reveals that the concept of sex is binary, and that a person is either female or male.”

Judge Patrick Hodge said in the ruling that the bodies of the five judges cannot be counted as women when it reaches Equality Act, a British legal paper recognising gender as envisaged in cases other than biological sex.
