Karmelo Anthony advocate blasts ‘disrespectful’ father of Austin Metcalf for showing up at Anthony family news conference

The president of the Next Generation Action Network – The group defending 17-year-old Carmelo Anthony, who was charged with murdering high school star athlete Austin Metcalf, is called Metcalf’s father “disrespectful” who appeared at the Anthony family’s press conference Thursday.

After about an hour’s delay, the station says Metcalf has left the building, and he is seen talking outside with a group of at least five uniformed police officers, waving their hands as he leaves.

Frisco is accused of intention to expel Anthony

Alexander also tore the Frisco Independent School District, claiming that district officials intend to expel Anthony (a senior at Centennial High School) before graduation. Alexander added that he will “take direct action” outside the Frisco ISD office in the coming days, adding that “it appears to be their decision.”

When Frisco ISD provided the flame news in the following statement on Thursday, he was asked to comment on Alexander’s claim that the district intends to expel Anthony.

Frisco ISD cannot comment on individual student disciplinary records due to student privacy laws, but can provide general information about district protocols and related laws.

If a Frisco ISD student is charged with a serious crime known as a Title V felony, the district will look at the case and decide whether or not the student should be disciplined. Students and their parents will receive a letter explaining what the school recommends.

If the school recommends expulsion, meaning that students will be expelled from school, then students are not permitted to go to Frisco ISD real estate while the decision is being made. A meeting will be held where students can share the side of the story and present evidence. After the meeting, the district will decide whether to pass the expulsion and inform students and parents.

If students are expelled, they may still receive academic and education through a special program called JJAEP. If students have already completed everything they need to graduate, the district can graduate early instead of going to JJAEP. Even if students are expelled or choose to graduate early, they still cannot go to Frisco ISD real estate.
