On Friday, the White House improved its Covid-19 information website and unveiled a sophisticated new landing page dedicated to the “real origins” of the pandemic.
Covid.gov, which previously contained information on testing, treatment and vaccinations against the coronavirus, is now Redirect to the website It says “Lab Leak: The True Origin of Covid-19.”
The web page slams both the Biden administration and the former Democrat New York governor’s handling of the pandemic, showing that the Trump administration is fully mounted on the theory that has leaked from China’s Wuhan Institute.
The new website sets out five reasons why Covid-19 is likely to originate from a Chinese lab.
- “Virus have biological properties that are not found in nature.”
- “The data shows that all Covid-19 cases are attributed to a single referral to humans. This is contrary to the previous pandemic, where there were multiple ripple events.”
- “Wuhan is home to China’s most important SARS Research Lab, which has a history of conducting gain-of-function research (genetic changes and organism overcharging) at an insufficient biosafety level.”
- “Researchers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) were sick with Covid-like symptoms in the fall of 2019, months before Covid-19 was discovered in a wet market.”
- “If there was evidence of natural origin by almost every measure of science, it would have already emerged, but that’s not.”
This information is sourced from the House elected subcommittee on the coronavirus pandemic, which released a comprehensive 557-page report on the December 2024 survey results.
The House Panel concluded that Covid-19 is likely leaked from the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
Former federal officials, including the FBI, the Energy Agency’s national laboratory, and John Ratcliffe, director of the CIA, have come to the same conclusion.
“Lab-related cases, including gain-of-function research, are most likely to be the origin of Covid-19,” reads a section on the new White House webpage. “The current government mechanisms to oversee this dangerous gain of function research are incomplete, harsh and complicated, and lack of global applicability.”
The website accused the Biden administration’s Department of Health and Human Services, the EcoHealth Alliance, top Anthony for Sea Advisor David Morens, and the New York executive chamber (led by Gov. Kathy Hochul) of “absorbing,” and accusing them of house probes of obstructing the origins of COVID-19 and the government’s response.
The web page also highlights the “complete and unconditional” pardon that published Fauci just before leaving the office, covering the actions taken by Covid Czar before returning to 2014.
Another section focuses on New York’s “pandemic failure,” namely Cuomo’s March 25, 2020 order “forced accepting Covid-19 positive cases.”
“The evidence shows that Cuomo and his administration worked to cover up the tragic aftermath of their policy decisions in clear efforts to protect themselves from accountability,” the section said, adding that Cuomo was “willfully and intentionally pointing out a House panel of false statements “willfully and intentionally” investigating the pandemic.
The former governor’s spokesman did not immediately respond to a request for mailing comments.
