As Passover and Holy Week approached the end, Israeli US ambassador Mike Huckabee fulfilled the vows he had made to President Donald Trump. In his first act as ambassador, Huckabee placed a prayer on the Western Wall from Trump.
In his remarks at the Western Wall, Huckabee said Trump “handwritten” the prayer and handed it over to the new White House ambassador. In addition to the note, Trump reportedly gave Huckabee instructions to bring it to the Holy Land as his first official act as an ambassador.
