Private security guards seen in the video are forcibly removing activists from a February City Hall meeting in Idaho.
On Monday, the Coeur D’Alene City Prosecutor’s Office said five men associated with a private security company faced various charges, including batteries, false imprisonment and a breach of security agent’s duty.
Teresa Borrenpohl was dragged out of the meeting on February 22nd at Coeur D’Alene High School.

Shortly afterwards, this video shows a group of men falling down on boren poles wearing blue jackets. One man wearing a hat places his hands on his arms to try to make her stand.
A second man appears afterwards trying to do the same, and Boren Paul asks, “Who are you?”
After the round-trip conflict, Borenpole said, “Sorry, Sheriff Norris? This gentleman is attacking me. Is this your lieutenant?”
Borenpole was eventually pulled out of her seat and stayed on the ground in the auditorium aisle, asking the man to identify himself.

Paul Truette, Russell Dunne, Christofer Berg and Jesse Jones are charged with misdemeanor battery, false imprisonment and violation of security agent duties and uniform requirements.
Alex Truette IV is charged with breach of duty and unity of a security agent.
The AP reports that all five men are associated with private security company Lear Asset Management, and their licenses have been revoked by the city after city hall.
According to organizers, around 450 people participated in the Legislative City Hall.

Borenpole is a failed democratic legislative candidate in deep Republican areas. Although she did not immediately respond to a request for Fox News digital comment, the AP reports that she officially notified Kootenai County officials on Monday by submitting a tort claim notice.
“The City Hall is intended to promote conversation and discourse throughout the aisle, so I am deeply wary that my security has taken me away from the public meeting to exercise my basic freedom of speech,” Borenpole said in Monday’s media obtained by the Associated Press.
