The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) sent a brief message on Monday to members of the hyper-violent Venezuela Tren DeLagua (TDA) gang saying, “It’s time for TDA.” The message follows the arrest of hundreds of known or suspected members of a Venezuelan gang.
DHS officials have posted a video on social media showing immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) businesses across the country targeting TDA members. “We’ve increased our TDA time,” the message reveals.
Last week, a magistrate in Donna Ana County, New Mexico, was forced to resign after an ice officer arrested a member of the TDA gang for illegal possession of a firearm, Breitbart Texas reported. The judge and his wife reportedly allowed illegal Venezuelan foreigners to live in Las Cruces’ property.
Police arrested Orgega Lopez on February 28th while running a search warrant at the home of Magistrate Judge Joel Cano and his wife, Nancy, the Albuquerque Journal. The report follows a detention hearing in which prosecutors claim that illegal foreigners are at risk of flight and are members of the Tren de Aragua gang.
Police in Polk and Osceola County, Florida, arrested five TDA gang members last week. The illegal aliens in Venezuela are said to be part of the crew of the TDA robber, the sheriff said.
“The suspect is linked to more than 30 retail thefts in the Central Florida area of five judicial districts, with a total loss estimated to be above $30,000.”
Fox News reporter Bill Melgin posted a series of photos of arrest reports of suspected TDA gang members being held in Texas. The Supreme Court temporarily blocked the Trump administration’s efforts to take gang members to Salvador prisons.
