Ex-White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre lands NYC Pride gig

She can finally take some pride in her work!

Former President Joe Biden’s press secretary, Curry Jean Pierre, has landed a new gig from the White House as an adult at the New York Pride Parade.

Jean Pierre, who became the first openly gay spokesman to hold a press briefing for the US president, is one of those leading the Big Apple’s famous annual parade in June. CBS reported.

“It goes back to the trail-firing career she had in politics and represents the community with the best microphones that exist,” NYC Pride spokesman Chris Piedmont said of Jean Pierre.

Jean Pierre, 50-year-old – was also the first black woman to serve as a reporter secretary, but she elicited widespread criticism of her performance as a spokesman for the Biden administration’s chief White House.

She took over the role from Jen Psaki in early 2022 and served until Biden was launched from the White House in January.
