The terrible, octa-leaf tumor is said to have hurt five Teslas at the Long Island Mall in Elon Musk and President Trump’s tantrums, but he later said it was all a big mess.
83-year-old Victor Di Di Di Durgirio caused $23,000 in damage to the car at the Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City on Sunday afternoon, and according to criminal charges, Tesla CEO mask allegedly made a statement to detectives saying “should die” and “should die” were “should die” and “should die” according to criminal charges.
However, he sang another song in a short phone interview with Wednesday’s post.
“If I did anything against him, it wouldn’t just hurt their car,” he said.
“Well, I don’t like him, but I never do that,” he said.
Divergilio allegedly used the key to cut open five Teslas around 1:50pm, but refused when police showed him footage that appears to show him hurting the vehicle, the complaint said.
“Yeah, that’s me, but I wasn’t keying the car,” he said, according to the complaint.
“Yeah, but I had just paid, so I got my keys.
He then became violently furious about Musk and President Trump, the complaint said.
“The mask owns Tesla. He’s been dumped at the end of the month.
Divergilio was charged with criminal mischief and was released on Wednesday morning on his arrest at Nassau County Criminal Court.
On his arrest, Divergilio was ordered by a judge to receive a mental health assessment.
On Wednesday, he got off the bus at the post and said he had groceries and keys as he sometimes lost them while walking to the house.
“I didn’t do what they said. I had a horrible night in prison like a criminal,” Divergilio said.
“I go through and they say I scratched the car.”
He is scheduled to return to court on April 30th.
“I don’t know, I’m not really,” Divergilio said shortly after his release.
“I didn’t do that.”
The incident follows a similar attack targeting Tesla vehicles after Musk joined the Trump administration.
