Kita Vaccaro, wife of Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill, claims in an emergency court filing on April 17 that her husband disappeared two nights after the conflict and took her young daughter without her mother’s consent.
Fox News Digital obtained documents from Miami-Dade County Courthouse. This shows that Vaccaro has filed an emergency motion for temporary exclusive use of the couple’s martial arts residents and overseen time sharing of Hill.
Vaccaro filed for divorce from Hill one day after the April 7th domestic dispute in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Fox News Digital has obtained a police report on the incident. This describes an “ongoing attack” at Hill’s Residence.

The lawsuit was deemed closed, but the court filing continues the interpersonal issues between the two parties.
“The husband’s purpose is to show his wife that he can do what he wants whenever he wants and that she has no control that is consistent with his behavior during marriage,” the emergency reads. “If the husband is not constrained by court orders, it is clear that the husband will continue to act unilaterally, without considering the personal space and happiness of his wife and children.”
The emergency mentions a Fakkaro application for divorce on April 8th, one day after the domestic dispute.

Vaccaro claims that Hill has never cared for her daughter Capri since she was born.
“My husband never cared for the baby, never bathed her, changed her diaper, never dressed her or put her in bed. He was not alone with the baby. When his wife expressed concern with him, he said he and his mother would “understand it.”
“The husband has no sincere desire to spend time with the baby, take on the responsibility of the baby’s parent, or engage in personal involvement with the baby. The husband’s track record for parental involvement is established because he has many children. His purpose is to force and control of his wife.”

Although the exact number has not been confirmed as several women claim that Hill is the father of the child, Hill has one child, but also three children, ex-fiance Crystal Espinal.
The emergency filing claims that after the April 7 altercation, Hill listed the Sunny Isles Beach condos for sale, “taking his wife’s car and telling her to leave.”
“Then he began threatening to take the kids,” the submission added. “The husband is also trying to separate his wife from his mother and sister. Her support system. The entire husband’s actions are evidence of his efforts to force his wife to waive her marital rights and not let anything go.”
The submission also claims that Hill has “the next gorgeous apartment for himself.”

Police reports from the April 7 incident told officers he had returned from offseason training when a debate broke out between him and his wife. He admitted to grab the baby while he was in and out of the condo balcony.
“As a mother I have the same rights as her father and her. I can take the baby whenever I want,” Tyreek said according to the report.
