Kyiv:
Ukrainian President Voldy Mirzelensky said Russia used North Korean ballistic missiles in a fatal Kiev attack that killed 12 people and injured dozens.
“According to preliminary information, the Russians used ballistic missiles manufactured in North Korea. Our special service examines all the details,” Zelensky said on social media.
